Quotes and services

Information on the site describes our services in general terms. A quote request is not an order. Prices, scope, schedule and warranties for any work are set in the written quote, work order or invoice we give you, and those documents control.

You agree to give us accurate information and reasonable access to the units and locations we service.

SMS program terms

Program: Halcon Fire customer and marketing text messages. If you tick the service consent box, you agree to receive texts about your quote request, service appointments, inspection reminders and service updates. If you tick the marketing consent box, you also agree to receive occasional promotional texts such as service specials and seasonal inspection offers. Each box is optional and unchecked by default.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to cancel at any time; we will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed and then stop. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

We handle your phone number and consent as described in our Privacy Policy at halconfire.com/privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Website chat

Messages you send through the chat window go to our team through our CRM. Do not use chat for emergencies; call us for emergency service.

You may use the site to learn about our services and contact us. Do not misuse it, attempt to break its security, or submit false information or other people's details.

The Halcon Fire name, badge, photos and content on the site belong to us and may not be used without permission.
