Who we are

Halcon Fire LLC ("Halcon Fire", "we", "us") is a Florida limited liability company that inspects, services, tests and sells fire extinguishers for businesses in Miami-Dade County. Our principal office is at 16155 SW 117th Ave, Unit B-18, Miami, FL 33177.

This policy covers our website, the quote form and chat on it, and the text messages and emails we send to people who contact us through it.

Information you give us

You can browse the site without giving us anything. When you request a quote, the form asks for:

• Your name, and optionally your business name
• Phone number and email address
• Optionally, the service address and any notes about the job
• The page you sent the request from, which tells us the service you were looking at
• Whether you agree to receive service texts and, separately, marketing texts

Website chat

The chat window on the site is provided by our CRM, GoHighLevel (also branded LeadConnector). If you start a chat, it asks for your name, phone and/or email and the message you send. That information goes into our CRM so we can reply.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser details) to run and secure the site.

The chat widget loads from LeadConnector's servers and may set its own cookies so a conversation survives a page reload.

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site. It sets cookies and tells us which pages are viewed, how visitors found the site, the type of device and browser, and an approximate city-level location. It does not receive what you type into our forms. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels. If we add advertising tools later, we will update this policy first.

Text messaging (SMS) and consent

Our quote form has two separate SMS consent checkboxes: one for service texts and one for marketing texts. Both are unchecked by default and both are optional. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of requesting a quote or buying any service.

Service texts cover your quote request, appointment confirmations and reminders, inspection due-date reminders and updates about work we are doing for you. Marketing texts are occasional service specials and seasonal inspection offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. You can also opt out by contacting us using the details below.

When you submit the form, we record which boxes you ticked, the exact wording shown next to each box, the page you were on, and the date and time, so we can prove consent and honor opt-outs.

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with service providers that help us deliver messages, such as our CRM and phone carrier, only to provide the service.

The consent wording on our form is:

• Service: "I agree to receive SMS messages from Halcon Fire about my quote request, service appointments, inspection reminders and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance."
• Marketing: "I agree to receive promotional and marketing SMS messages from Halcon Fire, such as service specials and seasonal inspection offers. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance."

How we use information

We use the information you give us to:

• Respond to your quote request and questions
• Schedule, confirm and remind you about service visits and inspection due dates
• Keep service records for your extinguishers
• Send the texts and emails you agreed to
• Keep records of consents and opt-outs
• Protect the site against abuse

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information and we do not rent or trade contact lists. We use a small number of service providers that process information on our behalf:

• GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc., also branded LeadConnector): our CRM, website chat, and SMS and email sending.
• Vercel: website hosting and server logs.
• Google (Google Analytics): website usage statistics.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and service records while we have a business relationship with you and as long as needed for fire code, legal or accounting purposes. We keep records of SMS consent and opt-outs as long as needed to show we followed messaging rules.

Your choices

Children

The site is meant for businesses and property managers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and access to our CRM is limited to the people who need it. No method of storing or sending information is perfectly secure.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we update the effective date above. Material changes are noted on this page.
